Aurora Collaborates with "Guard Your Health" to Help Veterans

The Aurora Foundation is pleased to team with "Guard Your Health," a health and wellness campaign out of the Army National Guard Chief Surgeon’s Office. It supports the Chief Surgeon’s greater efforts to build a resilient, adaptable, and medically ready Citizen-Soldier force.

The main platform for Guard Your Health is their website,, which provides tools, information, and resources in article and infographic form. Anyone can access the website. Specifically, there is a page featuring non-profit supporters, where viewers can find The Aurora Foundation, as well as several other non-profits that cover everything from physical and mental health, to family wellness, to civilian employment.

“The resources listed here are hugely beneficial to the men and women who have served,” says volunteer Aurora Communication’s Director Beth Miller-Herholtz. “We are grateful to ‘Guard Your Health’ for including Aurora’s services on their page, and look forward to not only helping our vets, but also to further collaboration with like-minded organizations.”
